In this research, the effectiveness of leaf tissues extracts of radish, cabbage and celery was evaluated for preventive and curative control of cucumber powdery mildew in greenhouse tests. The acetonic, methanolic and water extracts of these plants at concentrations of 1 and 5% (w/v) were sprayed on the plants at either 1 day before or 1 day after the plant inoculation with spore suspension of pathogen. Then, disease severity was evaluated based on the number of disease spots per leaf 10 days after inoculation. The effectiveness of the extracts was also compared with Penconazole fungicide and Reynoutria sachalinensis (Rs) extracts, two commercial compounds for the control of disease. Results showed that the tested extracts reduced the disease severity on the cucumber leaves when applied at 1 day interval before or after the pathogen inoculation, but in varying degrees. In comparison with other extracts, acetonic extract of celery at the concentration of 5% (w/v) had the most preventive effect against disease, and its preventive efficacy was the same as Rs extract. Acetonic extract of celery and methanolic extract of cabbage at the concentration of 5% had the highest curative effect against disease, respectively, and their efficacy for disease cure was comparable to that of Penconazole. Our results showed that all extracts have potential for controlling cucumber powdery mildew.       }, keywords = {Podosphaera fusca,Cabbage extract,Celery extract,Radish extract,Reynoutria sachalinensis extract,Penconazole fungicide}, title_fa = {مطالعه تأثیر سه عصاره گیاهی در کنترل بیماری سفیدک پودری خیار}, abstract_fa = {استفاده از ترکیبات طبیعی گیاهان برای کنترل بیماری‌ها، بدلیل مزایایی که بر ترکیبات شیمیایی سنتزی دارند، مورد توجه و تحقیق قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، تأثیر عصاره برگ گیاهان کلم، تربچه و کرفس در پیشگیری و درمان بیماری سفیدک پودری خیار، در آزمایشات گلخانه‌ای بررسی شده است. بدین منظور عصاره آبی، استونی و یا متانولی این گیاهان با غلظت‌های 1% و 5%، یک روز قبل و یا یک روز بعد از تلقیح بیمارگر روی بوته‌ها استفاده شد و سپس شدت بیماری بر اساس تعداد لکه‌ها روی برگ ده روز پس از تلقیح محاسبه گردید. همچنین میزان تأثیر عصاره‌ها در کنترل بیماری، با قارچکش پنکونازول و عصاره گیاه Reynoutria sachalinensis ((Rs، که کاربرد تجاری در کنترل این بیماری دارند، مقایسه گردید. نتایج نشان داد، عصاره‌های مورد بررسی وقتی با فاصله یک روز از تلقیح بیمارگر استفاده شدند، شدت بیماری را روی برگ خیار کاهش دادند، گر چه میزان تأثیر آن‌ها متفاوت بود. عصاره استونی 5% کرفس نسبت به سایر عصاره‌ها، بیشترین تأثیر را در پیشگیری از بیماری داشت و اثر آن برابر با عصارهRs بود. از طرف دیگر، عصاره استونی 5% کرفس و متانولی 5% کلم بترتیب بیشترین اثر درمانی را روی بیماری نشان دادند و به اندازه قارچکش پنکونازول در درمان بیماری مؤثر بودند. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که عصاره‌های آزمایش شده پتانسیل لازم برای کنترل سفیدک پودری خیار را دارند.}, keywords_fa = {Podosphaera fusca,عصاره کلم,عصاره کرفس,عصاره تربچه,عصاره Reynoutria sachalinensis,قارچکش پنکونازول}, url = {https://plantprotection.scu.ac.ir/article_10922.html}, eprint = {https://plantprotection.scu.ac.ir/article_10922_8897df942756f76278eb3f102d81eb4b.pdf} }
