(Coleoptera: Dermestidae), has been considered as one of the most invasive pest for stored products in the world. The insect has become tolerant to conventional pesticides including fumigant such as phosphine and methyl bromide. Application of plant essential oils can be a suitable alternative for fumigation. In this study, fumigant and persistence toxicity of the essential oils from leaves of Mentha pulegium L., Eucalyptus microtheca F. Muell and walnut hulls Juglans regia L. evaluated against T. granarium under laboratory conditions of 30±2ºC, 65±5% R.H and darkness. Adult stage have high sensitivity to essential oils. In a period of 48 h exposure, LC50 value against adult stage of T. granarium were 6028.66, 6383.48 and 5498.20 ppm for eucalyptus, walnut and pennyroyal essential oils, respectively. LC50 values indicated that essential oil of pennyroyal (confidence limit: 4646.17-6482.07) had the most insecticidal activity against T. granarium. There was significant differences among LC50 values at p<0.5. The persistence assay against adult stage of insect showed the LT50 value was 8.69, 9.71 and 8.54 d for eucalyptus, pennyroyal and walnut, respectively. Therefore, the persistence of pennyroyal (8.44-11.10) essential oil was the most among the tested plants.}, keywords = {stored-product pests,Management,Insecticidal activity,Trogoderma granarium,LC50}, title_fa = {بررسی سمیت تنفسی و دوام اسانس اکالیپتوس، گردو و پونه روی حشرات کامل سوسک لمبه گندم Trogoderma granarium (Evert.) (Coleoptera; Dermestidae)}, abstract_fa = {لمبه گندم Trogoderma granarium (Everts) یکی از مهم ترین آفات در محصولات انباری است و به عنوان یکی از صد آفت مهاجم جهانی به شمار می آید. این حشره به ترکیبات تنفسی مرسوم از جمله متیل بروماید و فسفین مقاوم شده است. اسانس های گیاهی به دلیل سازگاری بیشتر با محیط زیست می تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای ترکیبات تنفسی در کنترل آفات انباری باشد. در این مطالعه سمیت تنفسی اسانس برگ پونه Mentha pulegium L.، برگ اکالیپتوس Eucalyptus microtheca F.Muell و پوست سبز گردو Juglans regia L. روی حشرات کامل لمبه گندم در شرایط دمایی 2±30 درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی 5±60 درصد و تاریکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طبق نتیجه حاصل از بررسی، حشره کامل لمبه گندم نسبت به سه اسانس گیاهی، حساسیت بالایی داشت. مقادیر LC50 محاسبه شده برای حشرات کامل در مدت زمان 48 ساعت در اسانس اکالیپتوس، گردو و پونه به ترتیب 66/6028، 48/6383 و 20/5498 پی پی ام بود. بنابراین اسانس پونه با میزان LC50 کمتر (با حدود اطمینان07/6482-17/4646)، دارای خاصیت حشره کشی بیشتری نسبت به اسانس آکالیپتوس (32/7731-6/4983) و گردو (6/7523-23/5435) علیه لمبه گندم می باشد. اختلاف بین مقادیر LC50 درسطح 5% معنی دار بود(P<0/05). همچنین مقدار LT50 در آزمایشات دوام سمیت تنفسی برای اسانس اکالیپتوس، گردو و پونه به ترتیب 69/8، 54/8 و 71/9 روز محاسبه شد. بنابراین دوام سمیت تنفسی اسانس پونه )با حدد اطمینان10/11-44/8) روی حشره کامل بیشتر از دوام دو اسانس دیگر روی این مرحله از زندگی حشره ارزیابی شد.}, keywords_fa = {آفات انباری,مدیریت,خاصیت حشره‌کشی,لمبه گندم,LC50}, url = {https://plantprotection.scu.ac.ir/article_11378.html}, eprint = {https://plantprotection.scu.ac.ir/article_11378_a9157e0f11e60d9b16fd5502bd16914f.pdf} }
