Materials and Methods In this research, firstly the synchronous cohorts of F. carpomyiae females were produced. Then the mated females (7-8 days old) were released singly into petri dish containing a ber fruit infested by a clutch of ber fruit fly eggs. Each female (n = 20) was observed continuously under a stereomicroscope while she remained in the patch and the time of onset and duration of all distinguishable behavioral events were recorded using an MP3 voice recorder. Results The wasp females devoted a lot of time to oviposition (146.40 ± 8.80 sec; 47%), and probing behaviors (98.75 ± 2.27 sec; 31%), during patch residence time (313.2 sec). The foragers allocated the least times to the resting, walking and flying behaviors. The average number of oviposition on each fruit was 1.85 ± 0.15, the maximum and minimum durations of ovipositor insertions resulting in parasitism were 44, and 217 sec, respectively. Moreover, on average, the egg load of F. carpomyiae females was 29.4, and the percentage of parasitism was 39.20. Discussion According to the results, F. carpomyiae females showed the proper exploitation of host because of its effective foraging behaviors and high percentage of parasitism. }, keywords = {"Fopius carpomyiae","Carpomyia vesuviana","patch residence time","foraging behavior"}, title_fa = {بررسی رفتار کاوشگری زنبور Fopius carpomyiae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae)، پارازیتوئید مگس میوه کنار Carpomyia vesuviana (Diptera: Tephritidae)}, abstract_fa = {زنبور Fopius carpomyiae Silvestri (Braconidae) پارازیتوئید تخم و بندرت مرحله لاروی مگس میوه کُنار Carpomyia vesuviana Costa (Tephritidae) در جنوب کشور بخصوص استان‌‌های بوشهر و خوزستان می‌‌باشد. در این مطالعه جمعیت همسنی از زنبورهای 7-8 روزه تشکیل و زنبورهای ماده پس از جفت‌‌گیری، بطور انفرادی روی یک میوه کُنار آلوده به دسته تخم مگس میوه رها سازی شدند و رفتار و مدت زمان تخم‌ گذاری در زیر بینوکولار بررسی شد، همچنین رفتارهای مختلف کاوشگری این زنبورها با استفاده از دستگاه ضبط صدا ثبت شد. میانگین مدت زمان حضور در لکه زنبور 75/9 ± 2/313 ثانیه طول کشید و از میان رفتارهای مختلف کاوشگری، زنبور بیشترین زمان را به رفتارهای تخم‌گذاری 88/8 ±40/146 ثانیه (47٪) و نیشتر زدن 27/2 ±75/98 ثانیه (31٪) اختصاص داد. کمترین زمان‌های ثبت شده مربوط به رفتارهای استراحت کردن، راه رفتن و پرواز کردن بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین دفعات تخم‌گذاری زنبور پارازیتوئید F.carpomyiae ، 85/1 بار بوده و کمترین و بیشترین زمان صرف شده طی تخم‌ گذاری به ترتیب 44 و 217 ثانیه ثبت گردید. همچنین میانگین بار تخم و درصد پارازیتیسم زنبورهای ماده هنگام فعالیت روی مگس میوه کُنار به ترتیب 4/29 تخم و 2/39 درصد بدست آمد. در یک جمع بندی زنبور پارازیتوئید  F. carpomyiae با رفتار جستجوگری مؤثر و درصد پارازیتیسم بالا، توانایی مناسبی در کنترل C. vesuviana  نشان داد.}, keywords_fa = {"Fopius carpomyiae","Carpomyia vesuviana","رفتار کاوشگری","حضور در لکه"}, url = {https://plantprotection.scu.ac.ir/article_13784.html}, eprint = {https://plantprotection.scu.ac.ir/article_13784_a9f9d66f56cc7064a90b42a1978d2382.pdf} }
